How LSU can have a great year in 2017

lsu-meme

Hello everyone!

Welcome back to JoBo Football. If you didn’t already know, I’m a LSU fan.

This is the first blog about the Tigers. So, how do I feel about them?

VERY, VERY FRUSTRATED ON HOW THEY CAN BE A GOOD TEAM BUT THEY ARE NOT!

At the end of every season, I think, man we can change next year! For the better!

BUT NOPE IT’S THE SAME CRAPPY 8-4 SEASON EVERY YEAR…

But this time it’s different, and it’s because of one man, Ed Orgeron.

If you don’t know, LSU fired coach Les Miles after a loss to Auburn. (I guess Les isn’t more…).

Yeah, I would really like to meet the person who came up with that sign: “Les is more”

LSU finished 7-4, 2-2 with Miles, 5-2 with Orgeron.

There’s no doubt we need a QB, but with Guice running nice, and a good receiving cord, the offense should be set.

And the defense, well, let’s just say we don’t really need to do anything. If everything goes right, we should have a very good LSU team!

Who knows? Maybe we might make the playoffs. If we lose to Bama, then they might take that into consideration

I hope for the best of this LSU team!

Good news, I’ll be posting blogs every Saturday night! Unless it’s a special occasion.

See you all next time and Geaux Tigers!

Super Bowl recap

steve-harvey

Wow. I never thought the day would come when Tommy Boy would win 5 Super Bowls. Just kidding, we all did. Let’s recap

P.S. I’m really sorry for not posting on Saturday or Monday or whenever I needed to. I’m a busy man with a busy plan.

This was a good one…well not at first. The Falcons dominated the 1st half, leading 21-3 at the half.

Their biggest lead was 28-3. That’s a 25 point difference! This was in the 3rd quarter as well.

But little did we know, the Pats weren’t done yet.

They came back and at the end of regulation, the game was tied 28-28

The game would go into overtime, making it the 1st overtime Superbowl game. I still can’t believe it took them that long.

And because of the dumb overtime rules, the Pats won 34-28  with a touchdown on their opening drive

What an amazing super bowl. The best part is that we never saw it coming

I hate both of these teams so I really didn’t care who won.

Anyways, that’s it for this blog, next blog will include an awesome Top 10 list.

Hope you guys have a great weekend and Geaux Saints!

(I was going for them in the Super Bowl)

Going through (almost) every loss the Saints had

stevie-wonder-saints-fanHello friends! Today we will talk not about the Superbowl, but the Saints 2016 season. We won’t talk about the whole season, we will just talk about some of their losses and how they lost.

P.S. I couldn’t do a blog on Friday, I was sick and had the flu. I had nothing to write about as the Pro Bowl sucks.

(The Super Bowl preview is coming on Saturday)

If everything had gone right for them, the Saints would have gone 14-2, be No.1 seed, and make the playoffs. I’m going over 7 of the 9 losses the Saints had.

Week 1 vs Raiders

Final score 35-34

Lots of people recall the call to go for it, but I recall the terrible pass interference call on 4th down. Raiders had the ball inside Saints territory, down 34-27, Derek Carr threw an uncatchable ball. If the penalty was not called, the Saints would have won the game

Week 2 vs Giants

Final score 17-13

If the field goal in the first half went as planned and not blocked, the Saints would have won the game 16-10.

Week 3 vs Falcons

Final score 45-32

Saints played awful this game, but if Drew Brees had thrown a touchdown inside the Falcons own 5 in stead of a pick 6, the Saints would have won the game 39-38.

Week 6 vs Chiefs

Final score 27-21

If Mark Ingram had not fumbled the ball inside the Chiefs 5 yard line and scored a touchdown, The Saints would have won the game 28-27.

Week 10 vs Broncos

Final score 25-23

We all know what happened here. Well if you don’t…if the Saints extra point was not blocked and returned for a 2 point conversion, the Saints would have won the game 24-23.

Week 11 vs Panthers

Final score 23-20

If the field goal at the end of the half wasn’t blocked, the Saints would have won the game 23-13

Week 17 vs Falcons

Final score 32-38

The same exact thing as the first Falcons game except the Falcons didn’t get a pick 6. If the pick didn’t happen, the Saints would have won the game 39-38.

To all you Sean Payton  goners, it wasn’t the coaching, it was the dumb mistakes by players, refs, and blocked field goals, oh so many blocked field goals.

Well that’s all for today’s blog. Now you see why the Saints were bad

Hope you have a great day and have a good Superbowl!
